If you would like to be referred to the Neurology and Movement Disorders’ Clinic, please discuss this with your family doctor and ask for a referral to be sent to our clinic. If you have a movement disorder such as Parkinson’s disease that requires expert care or opinion, your family doctor will send us a referral, asking for an evaluation or assessment and ongoing care if needed.

Once our office receives the referral from your primary care physician, the referral will be reviewed by the neurologist and you will be notified of your appointment by the office. You will be sent a letter in the mail with detailed information about your appointment and a description on how to get to the clinic.
