Although not a video, this 36-page guide to exercise and wellness provides information on exercises designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s Disease.  This includes a daily exercise program, complete with step-by-step instructions and images, and an exercise log to keep track of efforts and goals.  In addition, it provides motivational tools to get you started and keep you going on your wellness journey.

Online streaming (and archived) 45-minute yoga classes, taught by Renee Le Verrier, a certified yoga instructor and person with Parkinson’s, and focused on areas particular to Parkinson’s.  Supports: chair, wall, cushion, block, blanket – aid balance and reduce the fear of falling.  Classes include step-by-step movements with variations; cues on how, what and where to notice yoga’s effects, relaxations techniques, tips to try, ways to apply yoga to everyday activities.
